OK so I'm being lazy by not doing a search for this...but I was wondering what meals do you regularly freeze portions of? At the moment the only ones I have frozen are turkey bolgnese (just the meat sauce) and chicken casserole. Can anyone recommend dinners or soups that freeze well?

Thank you all

Hi Sinaed,

I just froze this soup last week and will be enjoying it for lunch today: Sensational Chicken Noodle Soup.

In the past, I have also frozen some of the chicken recipes found off of this site. I've noticed that noodle and rice recipes don't do too well when reheated.

Make up a pan of Turkey Meatloaf and cut into portions, make mashed potatoes and green beans and freeze a portion of each of them together in one dish... you can heat them all together in the micro or oven.
