IM A BIT CONFUSED WE CAN EAT CHEESE AS LONG AS ITS SOY OR RICE BUT NOT CASEIN. CASEIN IS IN BOTH SOY & RICE PRODUCTS I SAW AT THE HEALTH FOOD STORE. DO I NEED TO FIND A CERTAIN PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT CONTAIN CASEIN? TO EAT CHEESE SAFELY. I WOULD LOVE TO TRY THESE CHEESES BUT WANT TO BE SURE FIRST. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Some people can tolerate casien others can't. I have no problem with it and to be honest it makes the rice and soy cheese taste better than the ones that don't have it in it.

There is a brand of almond cheese at my store (usually) that is completely dairy free and very low in fat. Maybe you can find it. It is cheddar like. I think it is ridiculous that seemingly healthy food has things that are no no's. I noticed some of the fake ice cream has some dairy or sorbitol. It is so irritating!

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
