Can anyone help me with idea's in using dried mango's? Maybe in Bread's, cake's, cookies ect...

Here is a link to Heather's Brown Sugar Banana Bread you could chop up and add about 3/4 to 1 cup of dried mango to this just fine...YUM... will have to try this myself!!

You could also chop some up and throw them into the water when making rice also a dash of cinnamon. Then sprinkle with a little chopped nuts if you can tolerate them. That would make for a nice breakfast or desert rice.
