I tried these today. YUMMY! Definitely hit the spot! I really missed mozzarella sticks. Had it as a side to a safe sandwich--wasn't sure how it would be on an empty stomach. I subbed rice mozzarella (I'm sure soy would work fine also) & used marinara sauce rather than their sauce. Enjoy!

I found it at Whole Foods, but I'm sure they sell it other places. Here's the brand I got: web page. If you click on their link for Where to Buy at the top, it doesn't even list Whole Foods in NJ. Good luck and glad I made your day!

I just noticed you are a fellow Jerseyian! Small world!
I am so happy to hear there are Rice cheese products!!!! When i first was diagnosed with IBS-C, i was buying lots of soy cheese products- only to find out i could not tolerate soy! I was devestated! Cheese was one of my favorite foods, and i was so upset that i would never taste anyting even resembling cheese again!
I am calling the Whole Foods in Montclair tomorrow morning and the Pathmark in my town as well. If neither of them has it, my local health food store will probably order it for me! She always orders my rice milk "juice boxes" for me to bring on road trips! Thank you soooooo much! Have a great weekend!
