ADB's with marshmallow!

Just wanted to say that I made my regular batch of anti depressant brownies yesterday and decided to add a cup of melted marshmallows into the mixtures, cos I remember reading about someone doing that a while back. Anyways I added a little more than that and was a bit concerned that they weren't gona turn out but they did! And they tasted amazing! They were a bit harder to get out of the pan than usual cos theyre more sticky, but it definately made them more fudge like! Infact the bottom part of it sets practically like chocolate fudge! I always put my ADB'S into the cold part of the fridge once Ive made them as I think they taste much nicer after a day or so in the fridge. Well I tried one of these marshmallow ones this morning and Im in love!! I was only saying to someone on here the other day how hard Id found it to resist an alabama chocolate fudge cake my flatmate had in the fridge...well this one definately satisfies that craving! Havnt tried heating one up yet tho...hmm with a safe hot choc sauce on top or alpro soy choc dessert...or I could layer it up in a sundae dish and have layers of bananas...soy dessert and broken up ADB's....ooohh Im getting carried away!!!!

What a great idea! It's funny, the last time I made them, I was thinking about adding miniature marshmallows to them next time, and maybe some carob chips or nuts (both of which I can eat without problems, but your mileage may vary) - anyway, I never thought of adding *melted* marshmallow. Sounds yummy! I will try that next time instead!

Wow, that is a great idea! So you just mixed them in with the batter? Yum! Now you have me thinking, wouldn't it be awesome to drizzle melted marshmallow over the top then swirl it around with a knife before baking?? I'm going to have to try this now!!

Yea I just added it into the batter mix...I cant remember when but Im sure someone posted something about marshmallows in them ages ago...so I thought Id give it a whirl! I love them so much that I was worried they wouldnt turn out but they did and were fantastic. And that idea about swirling them on top sounds fab..will defo have to try it!

ok, now I have to go upstairs and make this version, as it sounds sssssoooooooo good!! I just bought marshmallows yesterday. Thanks for the suggestion.
