This is one of my favorite recipes:
6 chicken breasts, skinless (you can brown it, if you wish, I don't) Put into baking dish, season to taste
In sauce pan:
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple tidbits, in own juice, also add juice 1 cup sugar 2 Tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. hot sauce, or cayenne pepper 3/4 c. cider vinegar 1 Tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. ginger 1 chicken bouillion cube 1 green pepper, cut in 1" cubes
Cook in sauce pan for 2 minutes, then pour over chicken and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees, you can cover it if you want.
Serve over white rice.
-------------------- Everything somehow always works out for the best.

Sounds very good. I'm gonna try this soon! It's very similar to a recipe that my mom makes.

I made this recipe it was very easy I put mine over rice and tasted really good. My husband really liked it. The kids on the other hand didn't care for it. I liked it especially the fruit and rice part. It makes a large amount. We had a ton left and there is 5 of us plus 1 extra brother in law. Enjoy! fembeth
