Mmmmmm, looks very yummy! I'll try one of these too! That is if these damn grocery stores ever stock anything other than the crap that they have! (Can you tell I'm a little bitter!? )

Here in Colorado I know they have it at Wild Oats, I've tried the strawberry and the mango, very delicious. Vitamins and minerals: Tricalcium phosphate. ascorbic acid (vitamin C), alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), calcium pantothenate, niacin, zinc, gluconate, vitamin A palmitate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitabin B2), vitamin B12, biotin, vitamin D2.

I've tried the peach and the mango. They are both pretty decent, just kind of high in calories. More of a meal than a snack. They are pretty good as far as soy yogurt products go, but I am still searching for the perfect yogurt replacement with no funny soy taste. Wildwood Soy Yogurt is the closest I have come, and it's still not perfect. I want this stupid IBS to go away so I can go back to my homemade yogurt!

I just tried the strawberry flavor--pretty good! I still like Whole Soy Strawberry Soy Yogurt the best, but the Silk Live! Smoothie has a very strong strawberry taste. The ingredients are listed in another post (below) or you can click the link Shell provided, but for anyone who's interested it has 220 calories, 4 g fat (6%), 3 g dietary fiber. Dairy free!
