Pages: 1 Brown rice?       #114150 - 10/19/04 03:35 PM Edit Reply Quote Waverider Reged: 10/18/04 Posts: 26 I opened my Eating for IBS book that I bought last week only to realize somebody had torn out page 127 and 128. All I want to know is if brown rice is safe or is white rice safer. I'm going to assume that the husk on a grain of rice is insoluble but am I wrong?
