Yeah we like our cakes to weigh heavy! But I am really curious about this AFC - I have a recipe but I am so bad at making cakes, I know it wouldn't turn out right. You have Nigella Lawson there??? She certainly doesn't cook for a low fat diet ...

Very happy for your husband - he sounds like a real connoisseur - do you drink whisky too or is alcohol out for you?

BTW who is your fluffy friend? S/he looks adorable!

That is a picture I got in an e-mail of cute sleeping kitties. I love them!
You should try to make the angel food cake but it is so much more work to make from scratch. The mix just adds water and takes 1 minute. As long as you separate the eggs into a cup individually (plop the white in a cup and if there is no yolk put in the big bowl and continue until you are done. I have gotten yolks in my whites before ) it should be fine.
My you are up late.
and yuck I think whisky stinks! I tried my first sip at the Talisker distillery and about freaked out. DH likes the real medicinal ones too- yuck!

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
