Hello, I have a question. I just got back from a cruise. I let my dietary concerns be known & the chef came up with a dessert that he said was made out of Bic topping- vegetable fat. He basically whipped it with some cocoa powder & it tasted like chocolate mousse & had a light fluffy consistency... It was terrific. I took the info down and searched the internet far and wide & I'm having no luck. I was wondering if anyone out there has heard of this and can point me in the direction??? I guess I should ask, too, if this would be considered IBS safe? I had it several nights at the end of a safe meal & I felt great throughout the vacation. It's something I'd like to treat myself to from time to time, if I can replicate it. Thanks!!!!!

Rich's whipped topping is a nondairy, relatively lowfat treat.. I haven't tried it yet.. but I plan to... its pipable like icing and it can be used for all kinds of things- was recommended via my cake decorating lists and I was thinking that adding cocoa or using the chocolate form of it sounded like something similar to what you describe there.
