I am looking for replacements for sugar in recipes.
Prefer not to use honey.
Has anyone tired Stevia, if so what ratio of Stevia to brown sugar as replacement?

I have used stevia. It really doesn't substitute equally for sugar, and in fact, depending on the brand of stevia (and whether it's the liquid or powder form), the substitutions are different.

If you do a Google search for stevia, there are LOTS of sites that sell it, and most include recipes and conversion tables.

I found the most practical use for stevia is in iced tea and beverages. I tried baking with it several times and it just doesn't get stuff sweet enough.

Hope this helps. Good luck!
