How many egg whites sub for egg beaters?

I have a recipe that calls for 1/4 cup egg beaters -- and I don't use it -- I usually just use egg whites. Do I need to go buy it?

Nah, don't bother to buy it, it's 99% egg whites anyway. 1/4 cup of Egg Beaters equals 1 egg, so that would be 2 egg whites. I hope that helps!

Don't worry about it! I'm always confused about new things too. I just happen to have used Egg Beaters a lot, so that's how I know!
