i'm going out for Happy Hour tonight (shocker!). i have no idea what else i'm doing, though. i have no $$$$ because of the paycheck lag between jobs. i had hoped to go see The Village, but i don't think it's a good idea to try to sell my body just for a movie ticket. maybe i'll wait 'til next weekend! 
ps: sorry i haven't been on the boards much this week. between the new job and a nasty fibro flare, i've been either at my desk or in my bed sleeping.  i'll try to be more chatty....  i miss you all!

Jen,
I have missed you too. Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well. We are going to a wedding tonight, a Spanish wedding. I am excited and hope my stomach holds out. The wedding doesn't start until 9 and then the reception after that. It is going to be a late night and we will be eating very late too. I'm sure it will take me all day tomorrow to catch up on the sleep I am going to loose.

Hi Jen!
I hope you have a good time at Happy Hour. I have been avoiding the pubs and stuff lately 'cause tummy has flared up, I'll be thinking of you when you're having nice drinks and I am flattening my gingerale! 
Tonight I am watching Big Brother (UK) with a friend as it is the last week before the final, so it is very exciting (I know, I'm lame!).
Tomorrow we are going to a BBQ! I am going to bring veggie dogs, I think... or we might make chicken kebabs 'cause they are really nice on the grill. I would normally be a bit nervous about going out this weekend, especially to eat, 'cause my tummy has been bad but it's at a friend's house who is a) really close to my house, so I can easily walk home if tummy acts up and b) knows about my IBS, and I can chat to him about it 'cause he's always having problems with his stomach. He is like, the one person I don't feel uncomfortable around about it... even if he did call me fat last weekend to my boyfriend... grr... anyway, I digress..
So yeah, I think I will have a pretty chilled out weekend the rest of the time 'cause I've had the last 2 days off from really bad belly pains and want to go back to work on Monday.

Oh, Happy Hour! Lordy! I kinda miss those. A little bit anyways. But alcohol would kick the crap out of me...I can't even smell the cap for goodness sakes!!
This weekend, we don't have too much planned. We may be going to the beach Sunday if it is nice. The tough thing is it has been so freakin' hot that I don't like taking Ben out there just yet. It's supposed to be a little less hot this weekend, so hopefully we get to make a trip out there. We haven't been out there much with our new little one. I am starting to miss it!

Hey Jen, what's up? I have been wondering where you were. Lets see, tonight I am taking it easy. Tomorrow I have a wedding to go to at St. Patrick's Cathedral then the reception is on Long Island. To boot the Mass is at 10am and the reception at 1pm. I'll have to get up like its a regular workday!! But it will be fune nonetheless!

This weekend I am laying sod at our house! NOT fun  We get the sod this afternoon, so we'll be doing it all night and all day tommorrow. It's definately a work out.

How does the boss handle your sick days on the new job? Is she okay with it? Is she the one who has IBS also? I assume you told her about your fibro?

Missed you.......how's the job....do you like it? Sorry about the fibro. Darn that fibro!!!
My hubby is off today because he had some extra vacation to take....we have already been arguing over who would use the computer first. Ha Ha
He is leaving on a business trip Sunday and coming back Thursday.....I will be sooooo lonesome. I am trying to plan stuff to keep me busy.
Today we are going shopping to buy him some new slacks and then probably eat out. Of course....there will be yard work to do....that's never-ending.

Good to see you back!
I go back to work this weekend. I had 7 days off and now I'm back on for 2 weeks. Hopefully the weather will improve. It's been crap here the past few days, rainy and only about 8c ! (46F) in July! what the heck ?!?!
