This is just amazing to me. I spent a week at the beach w/out an attack and now that I am home I am doing fine too.Often when I get back I get a bad attack and usually when I am away too. The only things I think that were different this time are that I stayed pretty calm, stayed on my schedule, ate smaller amounts of food at a time and never had a treat on an empty stomach.I watched out for and avoided the usual triggers, like oil and mayo laden dishes, garlic, and rich foods.I stuck w/grilled or baked items, even made baked "fried" fish one nt. I had the best time too.My sister joined me for most of the week and we got to do "girl" things, like shop and go on a dolfin watch trip. All this helps me see the huge relationship that happens when I feel stressed or nervous. That's what is happening at home I think. At least now I know another area to address in my healing process. So happy to be feeling well!!! Thanks for all your help. Suzy

I too am happy for you. I myself had a good time at our familie's anual 4th of July party. Fortunately only about a 2 min drive. I had me some rum, which oddly didn't give me a stomach ache or a hangover. I think it was because I ate this time instead of fasting. and I had chicken and foods that aren't triggers for me. peace.
