I am posting for 1st time and am so thrilled to have found you all. I have had IBS for long time and didn't know what it was. I am a grandmother and I believe some of my children have same. I have seemed to have developed what I called allergies at this time in my life, but in reality it is the IBS diet that won't permit certain edibles that I really loved! (Peanut butter--coffee, etc) So be it if I want to be without pain and a constant stay in the loo. Hope this finds it's way on the board and continued health to all.

Hey there Betty! So glad you found us...this is the best place for IBSers...Heather and her diet totally changed my life around. Now I hardly think about my IBS and it used to control everything I did! Welcome!

the trouble I went through to figure out how to post a picture....I'm not computer smart!!! I thought they were so adorable, too.

I know you have been busy and that's why you haven't posted recently.

HAVE A WONDERFUL WEDDING and keep us posted.

I am replying to my own post because I realized I was to write about wraps and forgot!!! Ahemmmm. Anyway, I had one (wrap) in Arby's yesterday and I loved it. It was the chicken. I read the recipe for the wrap and intend to make some more. Senior moment.

i was wondering what "wraps" had to do with anything, but i figured there was some "in" thing i was missing (not unusual!).

Welcome Betty! I'll tell ya a secret - after you get stable, you might be able to tolerate a small amount of peanut butter -- I can, and I haven't had a D attack in almost 6 months!!
