you are WAY to hard on yourself. What with fibro, IBS, migraines and the anniversary of one year off work, you are totally entitled to have a few "me" days and not do a thing that you "should be doing."! Seriously!
As for freecell, nah....I don't play that one....

But BINGO on pogo.com - yup, I'm A-D-D-I-C-T-E-D!!! LOL!

Oh, man, ouch! I am SO busted!! You're right, Jen. You are absolutely right. Okay, that just helped something shift in me. I could feel it. Thanks, Jennie my girl. What would I do without you? Now I'm sitting here getting all choked up about how much I love you and this board and everyone on it.

Thanks. I owe you one. "Someone saved my life today..." Remember that old Elton John song?

Just when I was feeling okay about not jumping on the rowing machine, which is sitting here in the living room, glaring at me, you go and work out, LS, totally SHAMING me! ARGGHHHHH!

I'm going out in the garden.....

Come on Laura! Pull yourself together and be motivational for yourself like you have been for the rest of us when we've needed a kick in the pants! (how am I doin?)

You've given me such good advice and suggestions when I needed them....just do the same for yourself. I know it's easier said than done....I get the same way at time. But, You can do it!!!

Thanks, Nugget! That's sweet, because "You can do it" has always been a pet saying my hubby tells me when I'm down. How'd you know, girlfriend??!!

Laura,

We all have days like this and it is ok to just hang out and give yourself a break. No one says you have to follow all the rules every single day. Sometimes I just don't feel like doing anything even though I have tons to do. Go with the flow. Tomorrow is another day.

Hi There,
Sometimes when I'm sad or tired, I don't want to do anything. I'm horrible at responding to emails. But try to motiviate yourself to do things that you need to do or will help you. Treat yourself to something you enjoy once you get it done:) Make a list of 5 Things you Need to Get done Today, and hopefully that helps. Best of Luck!:)
