Nugget,

I am so glad that you are feeling better. Don't worry about hubby, he will adjust and get used to the new you. What a wonderful feeling to be able to leave the house and not have to worry. I have very happy for you.

Janey

Glad to hear things are going better for you Nugget. As for your husband he needs time to adjust to a "new you" - just be patient with him. Oh yeah, you are on drugs - it is easy to be patient!! LOL

Yes, it is easier to be patient being on drugs. Ha! The past couple days since hubby said that....I have noticed a nice change in him as well....we both seem to be happier and less tense.

Thanks Janey....it's nice feeling this good. I've noticed a difference in hubby the past couple days, too....we both seem to be happier and less tense. It's great! I hope it continues. I think it's a combination of the hypno cds and the Effexor. How are you doing? Have you made it to session 4 yet? I like that session.

Thanks Bev.....I think it is a combination of both Michael and the Effexor. I am past session 4 now on the cds and am to the part where it alternates between the first three sessions. Today, my tummy is a little touchy...but I think it is because last night I tried some of that Zatarain's Red Bean and Rice mix....it was sooooo good, but I think I'm paying for it slightly this morning. Still no Imodium though!

Thank you....I think that is why some people hesitate to go on meds for anxiety/depression because of the stigma society has put on it. That's why I waited to go back on them. But now I don't care what others think....I'm just glad I am feeling better no matter what I have to do.
