Hi all, I just realised that if I make it through tomorrow, I will have been one full week without any liquid D! Yay! Almost all of my BMs have been at least formed, some pretty much solid! Yay for me! I still get some cramping, and I find myself actually having to go to the bathroom more. I went 3 times today, and even though they are more 'normal', I wish I could just go once and then forget about it. I feel like I have to go throughout the day, as well. Plus, right after I go, my stomach really aches for about half an hour. Like the stress of pushing out actual formed BMs is too much for it to handle!, ha ha. I hope I can get back to being able to go once in the morning, like I used to.. there is only one toilet for our whole building (not just our office, the whole thing!) and so twice when I went in there today, there was someone coming in and having to wait for me - Embarassing! But oh well.. sh-- happens... --Steph

I know that crampy feeling after "performing." You know what I think it is -- it's memory of the poop cramp. Yeah, I think the subconscious remembers the feeling of the poop and it just hasn't gotten the message that the poop is over now and it's time to calm down.
I'm not crazy, really I'm not. It's like smell recall. Do you ever talk to someone who has on a certain perfume, and then after you leave that person the smell continues with you for a long time? Or when your dog poops, and you have to pick it up and flush it, then you wash your hands real well, but the smell lingers with you, and you're sure it's in your hair?
Smell Recall.
I just tell my subconscious, "Self, the poop is over, so it's time to calm down." It goes away in no time.
Steph, I'm glad you're doing better. What do you think did it? Sounds like a probiotic to me....?
Keep up the good work!

Now that you're away from the smoke and pressure of a pub, you can be less stressed! Yay, Steph!!
