I'm doing P90 and I'm in week 7. I haven't followed the diet b/c there are a lot of intolerables in it. I just follow my own modified EFI diet.
I LOVE P90!!! I'm starting to see toned arms, legs are getting really strong and lean. My tummy is the only thing that hasn't slimmed down, but that's cuz of my IBS pooch.
I'm definitely going to have great, toned arms for my wedding next month.
My sister and mom ordered Si6 and should be getting it soon.
