They definitely made things much worse for me. If any Brits are using Psyllium successfully, I would be happy to let anyone have the 200 capsule bottle for about £10 - I paid £17 for it. Less than 10 of them have been used. I don't want to just throw them out when I am aware that they may be of help to constipation linked IBS sufferers. Best wishes to all.
