Just like last night....hubby and I went to Applebee's for desert (we had coupons for free dessert). I had a "sizzling maple blondie" (I think that was the name of it). It was soooooo good.....so far I'm doing fine with it, but may pay for it later. It was a blonde brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top with a maple vanilla sauce poured over top on a hot skillet so when you pour the sauce over top it sizzles.
