So what do you put in your smoothies? I made one today with a frozen berries combo..then a banana and rice milk mixed with my rice protien and acacia.

I was just wondering what potion you make!! Also can you taste your protien powder? I can taste mine a little...its not bad though.

Ok...thank!

i usually use fresh and canned fruit... i use one or two bananas, some peaches, pears, maybe some strawberries if i feel like peeing all day. and i always, always, always toss in some pineapple (canned) and some honey. i think they give it a little added "zing" (which is probably why i never taste the soy protein powder! (my powder is vanilla, so it's not that bad. i'd just rather taste the fruit.)

(((hugs)))

sometimes i throw this super vitamin c powder in, too, if i feel like there are germs i need to fight off. it comes in lotsa flavors, but i prefer berry of some kind. (the orange is SOOOO orange it ruins the smoothie, in my opinion)

Oh..just super ! Did you get your medicine switched? I hope the appointment went well? Or was it one of those icky ones? I hope not! Are you up to quarter speed yet? I'm in a really good mood although my sinuses are icky and the pharmacy is being special and like lost the new antibiotic prescription extension thingamajig that my dr's office faxed to them..or something like that. I'm kind of ticked because I'm out of fennel tea, though. SO I am going to need to go to the little health food store where these people bring their little kids with mini shopping carts and block the aisles and touch everything..cause the big grocery store didn't have the kind of tea I normally get..but I suppose it will be like going to the circus! Hope you are feeling a little..no..at LOT..better today!

I have an idea....how about if Jen makes us all smoothies every day! they sound sooooo good. I'm sure they would make us all feel better...it would get rid of my bronchitis and Shell's tummy pain.....and any other ailments.....
