Hi everyone! I have had not felt like this in so long, and I hate it! Last night I let my friends get to me and I had WAY too much wine! And when I drink, I eat! So I had too many brownies and lemon squares! It was fun though, so I guess that is ok. I must also say that my IBS symptoms have not been half as bad as they would have been 6mos ago. I know that this diet and the CD's help me a ton.

So this weekend I am getting back on track.

I am not getting on the scale for a few days, I want to give my body some time to get back to normal.

take care, and keep up the good work!
Amy

i don't need no stinkin' fork! i just unwraps me a Tofutti Cutie and pops it in my mouth!

(ok, not the whole thing at once)

yes, well i went to the store and did NOT buy any more. i have NO SUGAR in the house that i can eat (after the last tofutti cutie).

i need to stop with the sugaaa 'cause i know it's not helping my health. besides, HULLO!?, tofutti cuties are ice cream sammiches... ya think they're gluten free!? OF COURSE NOT! so i'm cheating BIG TIME.

DUH. i'm a dope! but they taste soooo good!

i'll do better tomorrow.

Jen...I am with you on the Cuties, I love those things! I also like the lil soy dreamers. But I cannot buy them anymore, I was eating 2-3 a day. THat was a little crazy. I was buying them at the store 3 boxes at a time (that was when I knew I had a problem! ) It is so easy to say no sugaa....after you just had some. But, when that craving comes I just can't hold it back. I did not have sugar for over a week, and then we had a party at work and then I was right back into the stuff. It takes me a few days of control before I can cut it out again.

Good Luck Jen,
Amy

I am with you on that! Sugar is sooo hard to give up. Since i am still in high school, I live with my parents and they looove sugar too much (especially my mom...) and she doesn't want to stop buying it! *sigh*

I need snacking options that don't have any sugar! any suggestions?

How about: Rice cakes, fruit leather, rice chips, pita chips?

Hi. New poster here, but I've been reading the boards for a while. I had to search today to see if anyone else had discovered the Soy Dream Lil' Dreamers that I bought today. I can't believe how amazingly delicious the chocolate ones are. Ice cream was my favorite thing in the world before my tummy decided dairy was the devil. I was a little skeptical but I can't believe how much these taste just like regular ice cream. Even coats the roof of my mouth. Pretty low in fat and calories too ... which is bad because it just makes me want to eat more!!! Anyway I thought I'd get the word out in case there were any other brokenhearted ice cream lovers out there looking for a little fix!

I know how you feel!! I need to loose 25lbs! It's even more depressing since it's warming up and I can't wear the clothes I want to b/c I look so fat in them! I've really started to try hard the last couple of weeks and I've lost 5 lbs so I'm excited about that!! Good luck! It is so hard!!!

Thanks for the welcome! I can already tell that these boards are going to be a serious source of procrastination for me ...
