i have been really virtuous except for all the cheating...

i had a tofutti cutie after dinner. dinner was healthy, tho: salmon, broccoli, baked tater.

lunch was good, too: snarfed pad thai.

breakfast: smoothie (of course!)

and then there were all the altoids and rice crackers....
i hate these new pills.

i'm going to be good this weekend, tho. i promise! tonight i'm going out and am going to limit myself to 2 Cosmopolitans and NO fried in my sushi... just the regular sushi.

and i have no idea what's going on for the rest of the weekend... but i'll be good!

GOAL: drink a ton of water.

(NOTE: 3 nites in a row with almost a full night's sleep! )

how is everyone else!?

Oh gawd!!! Don't ask!!!

I ate a quarter pounder and medium fries yesterday!!! I haven't eaten anything like that in months and I was craving it sooooooo badly!!!

I'm fine so far....was feeling a little barfy this morning but drank some peppermint tea and I'm fine now.

Needless to say...I won't be doing that again for a LONG while!!

... that when i hear someone say something like that, i focus on the food and not on the sick part? so i read what you wrote and thought... "MMmm....quarter pounder and fries..."

i'm hopeless!

I had chinese last night...Hunan Vegetable...all almost RAW veggies (peppers, waterchestnuts, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli...ALL RAW!!) I had this with white rice, which is good. My fiance picked the food up for me because I was craving it, and I knew I was taking a big risk by eating it, but it was SO GOOD! My stomache is hurting so bad today, especially right in the center of my breastbone, below my breasts. It hurts and burns like a stabbing pain!!

I saved the leftovers for lunch today. I really know I SHOULDN'T, but I have nothing left in my house to eat. So, oh well, I will eat in anyway. I'm going to take a Beano right before I eat it.. Maybe that will help a little.

I'm getting married in 3 WEEKS from tomorrow!!! OMG, I can't believe it!

Sorry, I know this has nothing to do with food, but I'm just so excited!

Yay! Three weeks until the wedding! I was a good loser yesterday, though maybe not the healthiest person in the other direction. I only ate about 8 points! I had my cereal in the morning and then was so busy at school that I never had time to eat. When I got home I wanted to take a nap... and by the time I woke up it was dinner time. I had veggie stirfry too (though mine was well cooked) with White Wine Ginger sauce. I only had a little rice... and then I did have a little dessert. Since vegetables are free the only dinner points I ate was the sauce and the little bit of rice.

But I'm going to a bad girl this weekend. No hamburgers though. Blech.

How do you get away with that? Yesterday I had some honeydew melon, but I didn't have a soluble fiber beforehand (there's no skin, nothing tough on the digestion, right?) -- ohhhh, did I have an attack! Had to pull out the big guns (Donnatal); I STILL have residual D this morning.

It's not fair, I tell ya, IT'S NOT FAIR!

Kimm, I was the exact same way on Thursday. I worked a really long day and didn't eat much the entire day and was totally craving a double quarter pounder mmmmmmmmmm, but I decided it wasn't worth it and instead stopped at subway on the way home (which is still kinda cheating for me cause I'm trying the gluten free thing still) but I felt pretty good the next day

Have you been to Lick's ? if you're ever going to cheat with eating a burger... that's the place to go. There's one on Yonge just south of the 407. They even have veggie burgers too which aren't half bad.

ya know when you're eating or drinking and you laugh and some of your food or drink feels like it went in your nose and it burns like hell? that's what i meant when i said i snarfed my pad thai yesterday. yuck. (pad thai, for those who don't know, is a Thai dish with noodles and a sauce. it usually has bean sprouts and peanuts in it, too)
