I can't wait to see it! I loved the first one. With my whole refusal to go out into public lately for fear of an attack and anxiety this might be hard but I think I could sneak into a random time and no one would notice me? I saw a clip of it today on some talk show and yea it definitely looks worth my money.

I JUST rented #1 so we can go see #2.... not this weekend..... but still, wanted to see #1 1st (DUH) .....lol

Sorry, I can't say I have any desire to see it. watched about 25 minutes of the first one before deciding that I had no desire to watch the rest. I guess I just don't 'get' Tarantino movies.

You know, I liked Pulp Fiction a lot, but in general I really don't like very violent movies, so I didn't see vol. 1 and I won't see 2. I guess I'm a wuss.

hmm...
i didn't much like Pulp Fiction, but i absolutely with no reservations loved Kill Bill Vol 1. i expect i'll feel the same of the second, since really, it's just one movie (it got too long so he broke it into 2 volumes, in case someone didn't know that).
i happen to love action movies, and seeing this movie makes me think i may like kung fu movies (though i've never seen one before). i thought the way he did this movie was quite artful (no i'm not a film geek! but i am an artist...) and the way he ties music into the films is masterful!
Shell, can't wait to hear your thoughts on Vol. 1... it sure is gory.
anyway, Vol 2 is my treat to myself for getting this picnic together and completed. i won't have the energy to go to see it today, but will be going with my friend tomorrow.

Gory yes.... startling at the beginning..... BUT the balance was SO unrealistic it was ok for me to watch....in some parts rather funny....
I love it when two women call each other BI**H!! LOL
But, trust me.....I was PISSED to say the least when it was over.....I could not believe how it ended......I WANT MORE!! 
And THAT is when Shane said, "well that is why we have to see vol 2, he did that on purpose you know" I said, "NO....I did not!#$^#%  ^"
P.S. I hated Pulp Fiction (never finished watching it) but maybe that is because I could not stand to see my sexy John Trovolta is such nasty roll?

it was great, i'm tellin' ya! not as gory as the first, with much more explanation as to why we were all there in the first place.
anyway, highly recommended for those of you who liked the first one.
ps: keep an eye out while you're watching: Uma has a theory that Tarantino has a foot fetish. watch for all the shots of various feet!
