Hi, My IBS has been manageable for many years until recently. I was medicated for two weeks during extensive dental work with penicillin vk followed by 6 days of methylprednisone. Since then I have had outbreaks of diarrhea, cramping, gas, headaches and general discomfort. My IBS is predominantly constipation which I manage quite well with Citrucel each morning. I have been unable to return to that routine as of yet. I follow my IBS diet religiously but things have still been off. Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks!

Get some probiotics to help rebalance your gut. And keep it up with the soluble fibre!
