Yay for Virginia:) I'm from SouthEast Virginia. My hometown is Virginia Beach. Have you ever visited here? Its close to Norfolk and Chesapeake and Portsmouth. I have family and friends who live in Richmond. I've been to Richmond twice, but only for a few hours. Nice meeting a fellow Virginian on this website:)

Thanks for your kind words Bevrs..... it was sure one freaky story.... but the best thing is that in the end I WON!!
YES, there are lots of residuals.... don't get me wrong....I'm able to get on with my life...but there are those times when I start thinking about it and just start crying uncontrollably... but then...I snap out of it and realize what I did and how far I have come. I still turn my head when I see a knife on TV or in a movie. And if someone does not know what happened to me...i.e. at a birthday party or something where the cake needs to be cut..... I watch that knife move from the hand of each person that it passes until I feel that I'm safe and it is put away. STRANGE? Or just caution? I don't know??
I have a BIG scar on my chest (left breast).... some in my ears, my temples, forehead, small of my back, fingers.
The ones on my chest prevented me from getting a low cut wedding dress and it itches....due to my skin type those were never "stitched" and then they turned into keloid scars (causing a ripples and white texture), the one on my back itches and burns (nerves I think) from time to time....mostly when I'm workin out...I don't know why it does it. I posted above about my forehead in detail....

Shell, I have keloids too! I hate them. They really do itch and burn! WEIRD stuff! Its weird how some people scar bad and some don't really scar at all!
Oh well! What can we do??

Your story sounds like something out of a movie! I'm glad that you were the hero and that you're (for the most part) alright. I don't think it's strange about the knife thing. I'd probably do the exact same thing!
