I had a great fruit-filled smoothie this morning with protein power in it. Felt great. 'Til about 2 hours ago when I realized I had forgotten to have my cream of rice, too.

That was a whole heck of a lot of fruit with no soluble fiber!

OH BOY! I'm all gurgly now. And I may be considered socially unacceptable if the gas doesn't tone down...

I can't wait 'til my acacia gets here (any day now) so I can toss it in the smoothie and worry a little less.

Hope you don't get to feeling ookie, Nugget!!! Maybe you'll be lucky today!

You ladies! I get such a kick out of you two.

Now where's the Equalactin? Certainly in your little emergency medicine cabinet in your purse. Just pull it out of your purse, pop one in your mouth and chomp away. I'll betcha you'll both be fine in no time.

Gee, I had a smoothie yesterday but I didn't have any soluble beforehand, did I? Hmm..... oh wait! Yeah, I had my acacia tea. I forgot. Never mind.

Worms.

Yes, ma'am. I took my meds and added some soluble fiber (albeit a little late to help much!)

worms to you, bev!

The other day when I was ranting about how stupid health insurance was--- I think that was the conversation!--- I said something about opening up a can of worms.

Apparently that tickled Ms Bev and she's tossed out "worms" periodically since!

That led me to search for a graphic of a worm and I found...

this little guy. Bev thought he looked like a colon. So I've been using him a lot 'cause that tickled me! Then Bev said he'd be our mascot and we'd call him Colin.

And now you're all caught up!

How's your tummy so far!? (a little sick from the worms!?)

I feel so "in-tune" now that I know what worms are. I had all these thoughts going through my head...ya know. Colin is a cute worm, but I have to admit he does look a bit like a Colon. Speaking of Colons....so far, so good with the salad I had for lunch. Whew! But, tomorrow morning may be a different story.

I'm sorry you're feeling bad.

Do you have your tea?

Try to relax as best you can, since being tense is only going to make it even worse...

I hope you feel better sooooon!

Hey Bev, I know this isn't really the place for this but it goes with the conversation so I'm gonna ask anyway. Do you have to take equalactin with water, or can you just pop it like a FiberChoice? I was under the impression you needed the full 8 oz of water, which I never feel like glugging down when I'm feeling iffy.

I assume you're talking about my emergency medicine cabinet in my purse? I keep a purse-size supply of Equalactin in there. When I need 'em, I pop one in my mouth and chow down. And yep, I followed it down with water. I always take a bottle of water with me wherever I go. However, the Equalactin is like Tums in that it's chewable and tastes pretty good -- so you don't NEED water (as you would with a pill or something like Citrucel or Fibercon).

I don't know FiberChoice; it might be the same thing. Regardless, Equalactin works for me better than Citrucel or Fibercon.

Now what was your question again?
