I make a cup of real hot chamomile tea and go outside for short walks, relaxation breathing and focus points of other times of happiness and visualization of relaxation.
Sleep if you can it's the best. I'll read smut magazines and think well my life aint so bad.

Sherr, bless you! I'm partly up and around, but about to get back under my electric blanket. Bad night, bad day.
I'm SOOOO on a fat campaign now. I just found out my fave dessert (Soy Dream mocha fudge) is loaded with FAT (I had 2 scoops yesterday); now I'm on a roll -- I gotta find out how much fat in my fave ADBs.

I just bought some whole soy vanilla bean and I'm to skeptical to try it. Tried some peach passion tea today just 1/2 a cup and having some gass  But I spring back, don't know if I'll try it again. I wanted to have something different than chamomile, water and rice milk hot cocoa.
Your soo up in spririts you remind of my mom who is C IBS and D sometimes..She goes and goes and I guess that where I get my attitude from to. Take care..
