I just read the Newsletter on misdiagnoses of IBS. I have been diagnosed with IBS for 14 years. but about 3 months ago I went to a pain clinic for help because following the IBS Diet just wasn't working. Turns out my "IBS" is actually Abdominal Nerve Entrapment. Since receiving the trigger shots my pain is completely gone. This happened because of my two C-sections, and extreme stress. The abdominal muscles are so tight they have entrapped the nerves causing the pain. I just want others to know that if Heather's wonderful diet and suggestions don't work, keep going to Doctors until you are diagnosed correctly!!!
