Hello all, I posted here months ago looking for information/doctor names for a fecal transplant procedure. I had exhausted all other recourses for treatment for C-Diff. The process was so new--no one was able to assist me. I did find a surgeon, and did have the procedure. So far I have tested negative for c-diff. I now have post infection irritable bowel. A couple of months after surgery, I developed small intestinal bacteria overgrowth, and was put on rifaximin for this. I still have gas, bloating, gut pain and sensitivity to pressure across my abdomen, alternating bouts of constipation/diarreah. Is there anyone out there like me? I would appreciate your feedback. Thanks.

Welcome to the boards,
Did you GP or GI doctor tell you about the clinically tested FODMAP approach from managing IBS symptoms? Here is a link to a dietitian's discussion of the FODMAP approach to managing IBS symptoms and another source of information on the topic.
