Hey everyone, I'm new to IBS and have been watching what I eat by using the cheat sheet. I was having a lot of problems with pain, bloating, gas, and constipation. I'm currently eating the right foods but am afraid some condiments might be giving me problems as well. Can I have catchup, mustard, or barbeque sauces anymore? Will organic sauces help?
Thanks,
Mike

Welcome to the board,
You might get more answers if you ask food questions on the IBS diet board. You have to check the ingredients of sauce, organic or otherwise, for triggers such as high fructose corn syrup. You might find the information in the first two links of my signature of help to manage IBS symptoms too. They give an overview and detailed explanation of foods that are known to exacerbate IBS symptoms in individuals with functional GI disorders such as IBS.
Good luck
