This is getting harder as my kids get older (kills any idea of them going into traveling sports teams). Are there any moms out there with IBS? As far as traveling we only stay in motels that have kitchens and we make our own dinner. I pack alot of safe snacks to eat and we eat at places that are safe for me.My husband and kids don't mind eating what I do for super and I aslo make them differant meals as well from time to time.
