First attack in ages

I've been doing good for a long time, but this morning I had the attack from hell. They people here almost called 911, but I told them no. Of course the weakness, sweating and lightheadedness went away as soon as I flopped onto the bed, but I think this is the first time anyone witnessed me practically crawling out of the bathroom. At least now they will know how bad it can be. I hate this IBS crap.

hmm maybe something in the air?! I too had my first attack in SUCH a long time--and it SUCKS! I was 'off' on Saturday...ran to the bathroom too much, felt some cramps, but now it totally kicked in during the night. I kept waking up with cramps and have spent the morning in the bathroom. Seriously, IBS just sucks. I guess we're lucky it doesn't happen all the time anymore, but having this today reminded me of why I was so miserable a few years ago!!!
