I know it doesn't sound fancy but what about soup. Chili or chciken noodle some bread and cheese(for everyone else) Peanut butter sammies or jelly. Pickles. Salad if you can do it. Make your own wedding cake there all kinds of recipes on here for cake and other desserts. Hth emmasmom ibs-c gas

We did heavy appetizers for our reception instead of a sit-down meal. This was pre-IBS for me, but you could tailor it so there were a variety of options for you, too.

I'm getting married this July, and I found an amazing caterer who is planning dishes that they can alter just for me. Some examples are fresh baked bread, sushi, fish, mashed potatoes (without dairy), chicken lollipops (baked chicken on a stick). I even found a person that makes diary free cakes (chocolate with mocha flavor in the middle) so yum!!!
Just did my tasting last night and I was so happy to be eating food that was spectacular and safe!
Good luck!

I wish I could invite everyone here! Ah...to actually go to a wedding and be able to eat the food. Anyone going to be in the east bay California area on July 24th? ha ha
