My tum has been fairly well behaved lately, until about 8:30 tonight. Now it's unhappy. Very unhappy. I've had 4 trips to the bathroom in the last hour. I ate normally - a little later than normal - it's Friday, and my yoga goes from 5:30 to 7:00. I just hope that this isn't the dreaded "F" word that's going around town - a number of people at work had it lately.

Trying to focus on breathing through the pain as Mayama taught me but I'm worn out and shivering, as I often do when I'm having an attack.

It'll pass, hopefully quickly...

hugs to you. Hang in there! I also have been pretty stable, so when an attack comes along, it's always tough and quite a shock to the system! The chills are the worst-- does cuddling up with a heating pad help?
Hope it isn't the f word...:)
Just wanted to say I'm thinking about you!

Toady, I do hope you are feeling better this morning!

I can get flu-like symptoms with an IBS-D flare... shivering one minute and sweating the next until it passes... miserable!

Stay warm and do as little as possible while you stabilize, i.e. pamper yourself. I like warm epsom salt baths with some lavender essential oil to soak in for personal pampering...

While I'm here, I did want to mention that you have yourself posted as a male on your blog link. Ya just might want to change that, as we all know that you are very much a female.

I hope you are feeling better today and it was just a bad attack. I sure hope it didn't end up being the "F" word that we won't mention.

Take care sweetie!

Thanks everyone. It's not the "f" word thank heavens. But it took some immodium and gravol (Dramamine) to settle. But today I feel back to normal. Rice chex with soy milk was fine for breakfast. So now I endulged with chocolate almond milk hot chocolate and pita crips with hummus.

Hope everyone has a great Saturday.

I'm glad you're feeling better and very glad it wasn't the dreaded f-word.
