KD's are Kraft Dinners....specifically the inexpensive little mac and cheese box mixes...............Canadians consume more of them than any country in the world. (I was amazed when I found this out from a TV special on Canada and then asked a Canadian friend that I email to.....sure enuf.) Thought it would bring a grin to some of our Canadian friend's faces but then, thinking about it, all of us here being IBS, can't do those dairy things.................darn it!!!!

 I used to live on the things as a starving college student, over 35 years ago.....I think they were 25 cents each then. But, you know, I still miss it......and that little weird shaped macaroni, that you can't get anywhere but in those boxes. It was like a comfort food to me.. I could make a box up right now and eat the WHOLE thing!!!! OMG, that's tempting..... (someone slap me, PLEASE!!!!)
