If your phone is not on, no tracking device will help you find it. The best thing would be to help your mother clean house, and probably it will be uncovered in the process and you can re-charge it.
I still suggest that you contact Verizon to see what they can do for you about replacing the lost phone if you don't want to help clean house. Some things are not all about money, they are about common sense and being responsible.

I emailed verizon,i know I should have been more responsible,it is the first time I lost it though.

It was in the place I was certain it was in,which was my boyfriend's car. the time I did look,it was dark out and I was crying,stressed with things on my mind,no wonder I didn't find it then. yea all verizon does is suggest you temporarily suspend service until u find it so no one can use it. then they tell u,no one can track your phone because only 911 can for emergency only.
