Hey everyone! It's been a long while since I've been on these boards but I thought I'd stop by and see who is still around from when this board first started.

I've thankfully been IBS free for a couple years now. I have no clue what happened - my symptoms just dissapeared! They returned mildly when I was pregnant, but dissapeared again when I gave birth to my beautiful daughter in September 2008.

I dropped by the site today to look up some IBS-safe recipes for my fiance, who I think may have IBS as well. He got the "try more fiber" excuse from his doctor so I'm going to try figuring out his triggers to see if it helps him.

Besides running after my adorable toddler, I am planning my wedding for May 2010 and still chat with Shell and Melissa on Facebook. If any of the old regulars have a Facebook, let me know and I'll add you!

It'd be great to know what everyone else has been up to! Hopefully those tummies have been calm lately.

IBS A 20+ years, Chronic Migraines, Chiari Malformation (decompressed June 22, 2010), Brachial Neuritis, and ??? the list just keeps growing, but I'm still shiny side up!
