Hi, Everyone!
It has now been three wks. since I broke the cycle and OMG, I have only one attack during that time!! Yes, it was my fault...I caved in a weak moment!
But ya know what was the good thing about that attack, it just reminded me why I'm doing this IBS diet!!
So, I figure, one attack in three wks. compared to daily week after week, I can deal with this!!
My family has seen a dramatic change in me, the depression is gone, and I'm not worrying about stepping out the door!
For all the newbies like me and maybe the "oldies" that have fallen off the "wagon" there's a wonderful, awesome world out here for folks with IBS!!
