I've always believed the chinese hold the cure to all lifes ailments.

They have been studying medicine for so long.I prefer herbal remedies to manufactured medicines.

I think its probably a good idea for anyone who is having trouble getting stable to check these options.

Have you tried acupuncture or chinese medicine yourself??

Try St. John's Wort and Omega 3 fish oils. Seriously, it may help. BTW, Heather - you are an angel.

You should be aware that St Johns Wort can interact with other medications in ways that are not beneficial - reducing the effectiveness of some drugs (such as HIV treatments and possibly birth control pills) and amplifying the effects of others (especially anti-depressants). See the Wikipedia entry for a partial list of interactions.

You should talk to your doctor before trying St Johns Wort in any case. If you are on any prescription medicines or if you have any type of psychological disorder (depression, bipolar, etc) or immune system problems, you absolutely must consult your doctor before taking St Johns Wort.

I used St Johns Wort for mild anxiety but it really made me tired.
It did work though.
