I've been taking Heathers pre-biotic fiber powder for a week or 2 and i am so bloated and uncomfortable and in pain!! I have done this before but always end up quitting because of the pain. But i also have another issue-pelvic floor dysfunction which means i can't get "it" out. so i am thinking that the fiber is producing more bm's but the fact that i am having trouble getting them out is making me feel worse? I am also taking a probiotic supplement which i think is also contributing to my bloatedness. Help, what do i do?
I had surgery for pelvic floor dysfunction and other things. It was a 12 hr. surgery in December and am having the same trouble. I don't know what to do. Before surgery I was following the IBS diet and I was having bms. I am not having problems digesting I am having problems evacuting and everything I try except magnesium citrate will work. They don't want me taking it unless I have to. Doctors have now put me on Amitiza hasn't helped Please help. I am sorry I wasn't much help but I know how you feel. If I find a solution I will certainly let you know.
