I have had this cookbook program for years and never used the darn thing *lol* I started using it today for all the ibs recipes on here. It is a good program because it will figure the nutrients for me and also the percentage of fat that comes from calories :-) Plus if there isn't an ingredient in there list they have then I just add it myself using the information off the product packaging, that is time consuming but it is keeping my brain off my IBS pains and anxiety.

Its called Living Cookbook. Just do a search for it on yahoo and it will come up :-)

I found it - Living Cookbook - may just have to order this $54.XX sounds pretty good for something so useful.
