I want to do them so bad. I just read heathers news letter and that makes me want to try them that much more. I know some people say do them when you go to bed the prolbem is we all go to bed at the same time are daughter is 4 and shes sharing are room til hers is remodel this spring. She is on the same bed time we are. She gets up when I do so I don't have time to just do these. That's what I did so my wife wouldn't have to listen. She found them "freaky". We're living with my MIL until our house is ready (another 2 months). But the difference is we brought my son's toodler bed into the room rather than him sleeping with us. Does your daughter have a small bed she could sleep on? or maybe a blow up mattress (you could get a cheap one that has one of her favorite characters on it). I usually go to sleep at the same time as my son 830. Sometimes my husband comes to bed at the same time too. I usually wait for my son to fall asleep (10-20 min) then I'll put my headphones on and listen on my own. Definitely well worth it!!
