doing pretty good. Had my hiatal hernia fixed (again) this summer. Found out that I had sleep apnea and now sleep with a CPAP machine and my IBS is doing a lot better since then. A few attacks, but not as many cramps and as much pain. I guess the lack of stage 4 sleep and oxygen effect the way the rest of the body works.

I'm glad you are feeling better. It is amazing how everything is connected and if you aren't sleeping or breathing right it can effect your bowels.
