Any New Year's Resolutions?

Personally I don't make resolutions anymore because I never stick to them. Instead I try to live a good healthy life every day.
I know that are many who have the will power to stick to their resolutions. I would love to hear some of yours.

I have a quite a few. I've already started on following the EFI diet and I haven't had any bad foods for a few days now.I also want to be more organized and save more money.
I also want to get in shape.But first I must EFI and save money so I can afford the work out shoes I want.Then see if I can get up a the right time in the morning so I can have a snack,wait half an hour and still be able to work out an hour or more everyday before I have bathroom problems all day,but Maybe my EFI,will make it so I don't have to worry about anything.
Ther's also some things I wish to purchase..such as some really good skin care I've had my eye on for a long time,but couldn't afford it.There's a didgital camera I really want,I also want a camcorder,a wii,my own dvd collection.

Same with me, Janey. I stopped making New Year's resolutions when I turned 40 (about a hundred years ago).
I would really like to stop smoking this year, though.

Same here, I don't make resolutions anymore, either. I try to do what I want to do when I want to do it, now just because it's the start of the new year.
I do make a New year's wish, though: every year I decide that that year I will get stable; I really have a feeling that in 2009 I actually will  .

a lady I work with used patches and it took 2 weeks for her. My mom did patches and went 10days without smoking,unfortunatly because someone upset her,shes smoking again..but I hear the ciggaret cravings are in your head once the patches are on,its a mental thing to go smoke.

i stopped yrs ago, did't stick to them. and got depressed.
i decided in nov. to be positive, open small business,even if in my basement. destress.control diabetes. but i have been blindsided with IBS,just something else added to list. i have faith that im going to do this.
