cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soups

I want to make a caserole but they all call for either cream of mushroom,chicken or celery. since I don't do dairy, does anyone know of any substitute I can use? Thanks for any help

I am able to handle a little bit of dairy, so I just make Campbell's Soups with soy milk and have not had a problem.

Hope it works.
Green bean casserole is my favorite thanksgiving dish.
