quick hello and ask for help

Hi. I'm Rick.
Newbie here, just thought I'd drop in and say a quick hello. and also ask for some help on an article i'm writing.
My life is totally dominated by IBS, (has been for years) and I'm in the process of making an IBS website all about the practical side of living with it everyday, so that others can learn from my experiences.
I'm currently trying to put an article together that lists everyday tips and tricks that IBS sufferers use, or have figured out, to get around the normal everyday life problems that they face.
so far I only have 3 items on the list d:o(

Everyone please take a look at this website. It is very interesting, especially Rick's story. I haven't read everything on it yet, but I so identified with Rick's story...at least lately. Especially the psychology of it all. It is worth a peek.
