Sorry everyone, I have been missing in action which seems like forever
So much stress in my life at the mooment, and it is so affecting my IBs
We have been fixing up our house, four rooms damaged from a storm in July, bilt a new deck, put on new siding, all due to damage, and then found a town house my husband and I decided we wanted to buy and sell this place, so we got things rolling and have our house on the market for sale
we put a bid on the town house with the option of selling ours,a nd they have acceted it with the deal of keeping it on the market and if they get a bid, we get first 48 hour notice
we have had open houses and three showing. Yesterday we got a bid, a low one, so today we counter offered and hopefully they will accept it
a lot of stress
Plus I have been babysitting a lot
I take my fiber each day, my dyclomine, and welchol each day, and still having problems with diaharea. Today got ready for church and then could not make it as of D so my husband went on without me
I am getting so frustrated becuase it is to the place I am almost frightened to eat
sorry to keep going on and on, but thanks for letting me vent
I will try and ocme on more often

I am hanging in there
I am hoping we have our house sold, but aiting fo an answer, and the waiting is horrible
as fa as the stress, Life is tough, and I try not to stress, but I guess we are human
Will keep you informed on things

I have missed you!!!!! Glad to know you are still with us and hanging in there. Some times it seems like it's minute-by-minute, doesn't it?
Prayers that your house sells soon, then that part of the stress will be over and you can move on, move in and get settled. Some days I'd like to throw everything out in the yard  and start over. Of course I'd have to win the lottery, which is impossible since I don't play it - but it's a nice dream! 
Please take good care of yourself and know you are missed when I don't see a post from you occasionally!
