No, I have never heard of the larabars. I have been eating fiber one bars which would not be considered safe for ibs but my tummy seems to do fine with them. -------------------- Taking it one day at a time..... They're high in fructose, so fair warning if you're sensitive. Between the dried fruit and the nuts, probably not good unless you are stable. But awesome nonetheless! They consist of different fruits and nuts. No added sugar or preservatives. I looked for them at the grocery store today, but couldn't find them.
